Delegate Ellington moves to amend the title of Com Sub for HB3046 to read as follows:

“A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18-2-44, relating to the creation of the Fast Track for Agriculture Education Endorsement Program.”
